Kaiserblick Specialty Coffee is a horizontally integrated specialty coffee company covering the full value chain from farming and processing to roasting, local distribution, and international export. It is legally registered as Kaiserblick Development, S.A. de C.V. and is based in Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador.
Mission
The company’s aim is to combine deep industry-specific coffee expertise with external knowledge in business consulting, project management, and software development to elevate the quality of specialty coffee from El Salvador and bring it to a broader global customer base.
A core commitment is traceability: by controlling wet processing and dry milling in-house, Kaiserblick ensures that the coffee a buyer cups in a sample is the coffee they ultimately receive. Full traceability is planned starting with the 2026/2027 harvest. (source: kaiserblick-dev-crawl.md)
Operations
- Farming: Six farms in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region totalling 62.5 ha. See Farms.
- Processing: Own wet processing and dry milling facilities (under development as of 2026).
- Roasting: In-house roastery in Apaneca. See Roasting Service.
- Local distribution: Roasted coffee sold to local coffee shops; green coffee to local roasters.
- International export: European market focus (Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands). Led by Leopold Robner.

Team
The team is international, with members from El Salvador, the United States, and Germany, with over 30 years of combined coffee industry experience.
