MAOES Organic Inputs Manual
Sources: Manual de producción de insumos orgánicos by MAOES (2022)
Published in 2022 by MAOES, this manual compiles organic farming input recipes developed and refined by hundreds of Salvadoran producers over many years, with contributions from international advisors including Sebastião Pinheiro (Brazil), Jairo Restrepo (Colombia), Ignacio Simón (Mexico), Pacho Gangotena (Ecuador), and Juan José Paniagua (Costa Rica).
The manual is a practical reference — not a fixed recipe book — intended to be continuously improved through hands-on experimentation. It covers the full range of inputs used in Organic Farming practice.
