Roasting and Coffee Tasting Experience
A 60-minute introduction to specialty coffee roasting and home brewing, guided by Head Roaster Roxanne Fredericksen.
What’s included:
- Guided walk-through of the roasting process with explanation of technical terms (rate of rise, first crack) on the Aillio Bullet R2 Pro roaster
- Tasting of two specialty coffee varieties from Kaiserblick’s own Farms, prepared using a filter brewing method replicable at home
- Sample of the roasted coffee
- Stickers
- Opportunity to purchase a bag of the tasted coffee
Format: Small groups of 2–6 people to allow for questions and personal interaction.
Schedule:
- Friday to Sunday
- 10:00 am and 3:00 pm
Price: $15 per person
