Restoration
The restoration is being carried out in collaboration with an experienced team that has previously worked on the restoration of the National Theater of Santa Ana — one of El Salvador’s most significant historic buildings.
Vision
The goal is for the house to regain the prominence it once had as an important part of coffee production and distribution — from harvest in the fields to the cup of the coffee enthusiast. It is envisioned as a space connecting the full Kaiserblick Specialty Coffee value chain, with potential roles in hospitality, visitor Experiences, and the company’s local distribution activities.
