Guillermo (Memo) Ríos is a fourth-generation coffee farmer from El Salvador who took over as General Manager in April 2026. He brings deep roots in Salvadoran coffee culture combined with 18 years of operational precision gained as a Mercedes-Benz mechanic in the United States.
Roxanne Fredericksen — Head Roaster
Roxanne (Roxy) Fredericksen is an American roaster who began her career at age 16 and trained under Steve Diedrich (founder of Diedrich Roasters). She leads roast profile development and the roasting experience for visitors.
Leopold Robner — Coffee Trade
Leopold (Leo) Robner is an Austrian with a 25-year career in software development, project management, and business consulting. He founded Kaiserblick Specialty Coffee in 2025 and is now focused on developing the European export market.
